Chando is a resident of New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College and became an actor in the past. Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman in the TV soap show As The World Changes between 2005 and 2007 and for a couple of months starting late 2009 when she returned to the character. Alexandra first came to prominence as an actor in 2002 when she portrayed Jenna Harper on the TV series House Blend. As the World Turns, a CBS-aired American soap opera, ran for three seasons. Alexandra was the character Maddie Coleman. Chando starred in American documentaries True life and Sherri in 2009; she was also a part of the Maddie Coleman character in the series As the World turns. In addition, Chando starred in the two episodes of Glory Dze as Annabelle. She has also appeared on Castle, Hindsight and Dead People.
